Terms and Conditions for DCA Real Estate


1. General Terms

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all investments and agreements with DCA Real Estate.
1.2. By signing a contract with us, you fully accept these terms and conditions.


2. Investment Models and Minimum Requirements

2.1. Lease-to-Lease Model: The minimum investment amount is 4,500€.
2.2. Full Ownership Model: The minimum investment amount is 25,000€.
2.3. All investors must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide a clean criminal record.
  • Have a bank account with an IBAN number.
    2.4. Funds must be transferred to us at least four weeks before the contract start date.

3. Contract Activation

3.1. The contract becomes active only when both parties have signed it.


4. Termination Policy

4.1. If the contract is terminated, 50% of the invested amount will be deducted, and the remaining funds will be refunded within 30 business days.
4.2. Termination may occur on various grounds, including but not limited to sabotage of the company or its reputation. Specific details regarding termination grounds are outlined in the contract.


5. Legal Framework

5.1. All agreements are governed by the laws of Denmark and Australia.


6. Bankruptcy Clause

6.1. In the event of company bankruptcy, DCA Real Estate guarantees the return of all client funds.
